Worked exactly as it said it would. Downloaded the app and it worked perfectly. Was easy to use. Everyone should have one.The resolution of the camera is good, the image is clear, it is a compact and useful product. When using, please be careful not to get close to the eardrum.Works well. I actually use it to get a very close up view of my hearing aids.Used the product for ears (can be used in noses also apparently). Picture quality was pretty decent, easy to use, set up, and clean. Came with extra tools and different silicone tips which is useful.Bought this because we both have been having issues with our ears lately getting plugged. I like the stainless steel pieces, easy to clean and not plastic, nice case for storage. The device connected easily with my Samsung phone with the app. It works really good so far. It was interesting to see the inside of my ear, though trying to understand what I see, I have watched others videos so I can tell whether its wax or something else. It has been handy so far. The price was real good including the scope since others only sell the tools for same price.Installing and connecting the device to the phone (tablet) was easy, if you follow the instruction manual.The picture quality is good and it is easy to use. Had few challenges to use it by self in the beginning but after few times got used to it. Used it to clean the earwax for kids and it did the job well. The soothing warm temperature maintained in the stem of the tool initially scared me, but then realized it is a feature in the tool :).Definitely NOT a tool for children to use by themselves.Not sure whether the battery will withstand 90 minutes of continuous operation, but it sustained for more than 30 mins.I really liked the idea of this product but I couldn't get it to work with my phone! It's very irritating not to be able to use it for its intent.Tedious process for WiFi and not secure. But once you get over that hurdle, the scope works amazing. Doesn’t stay charged long enough IMHO. But does the job. I use for my boxer who has a autoimmunity problem and has too much yeast in ears etc. I would have liked to receive a lot more sleeves for probe. Only got, maybe 5. That’s an important part of the process. Idk where I’d even purchase them. And to reuse is gross. If it had more sleeves for probe and WiFi was a secure connection I’d definitely give a 5. You should get at the very minimum 100 sleeves. In that price range. Oh and sleeves did stay put for those who wrote reviews that say otherwise.The camera is very nice, very clear to see on the screen.The only problem is the rubber tip or the cover doesn't hold very well, and we have to tighten it couple of times while using it. It would be perfect if there were more rubber covers.canera is clear. easy to setup with iphone. camera isolated the issue. i don’t have wax buildup but was able to see and remove what i had. daughter complained of hearing loss. she wouldn’t allow me to use any of the tools to remove the big ball of wax blocking her hearing. hopefully she will comes around. however at least we know it’s a wax blockage as opposed to a more permanent, less invasive issue. i can see the wax/blockage easily. we’re going to let the ENT deal with it but i’m positive if she wasn’t so scared this setup would allow me the means to detect and remove the blockage.This ear wax cleaner is better than the previous one I purchased. The video quality is better and also more speak. Since it is slim, it was easier to maneuver in the ear. It has so many extra attachments and accessories .Very easy to setup . All you have to do is change the wifi to the device generated wifi and connect.Easy to use .What a joke. I tried for at least 15 minutes to get it to work . You get so far and then nothing.DO NOT BUY .. WASTE OF MONEY. I sent mine back for a refund.I really like this high tech ear wax remover. Really creative the camera is clear it is a good thing to see your ear wax. I could do it by myself with the camera. Highly recommended
