So this unit was originally designed for getting mucus out of a baby's nose. It's also being sold to remove wax from your ears. It will sort of do that but probably for safety reasons, not as well as the one the doctor would use.I used to this for a couple of days and was still having problems and so I went to the doctor. He used the special machine they have and it got a ton more wax out of my ear. The thing is that with my doctor he's got training and The know-how to do this safely .So for this unit, it's true the battery doesn't last a long time but I found it's long enough. And the suction is probably as high as one would want it. And the tip is flexible which is good because I think it makes it less likely that you do damage in your ear. But the upshot of it is that it isn't going to get everything that the professional one will.So sometimes this can help you, so it's a bit of a trade-off.very good product easy to useIt doesn’t come with great suction tubes it get stuck in your ear a lot so I bought my ownEasy to use but does not suction well for ears.The product seems good so far, but the manual is seriously lacking. The actual box it came in says Little Bees - Sniffing Equipment for Children and has instructions for electrical nasal aspirator. I had to google how to use it for the ears, and it does not suction anything out.I bought this for ear wax removal and the package indicates sniffing equipment for children...So unhappy from someone that wears hearing aids and looking for help with the ears get plugged. And for ear wax destructions ( and yes thats the word I meant to use)~~well pretty much nothing
