Love the weight and feel of the cue, however noticed imperfections on the shaft. Whenever I take a shot I can feel my glove running into or kind of snagging on to something. Was going to return the cue for a replacement but was not able to because I was out on vacation and the return time had expired already! Other that the cue is awesome.Really like the cue, but the butt is a much darker blue than in the online pictures.This is my third Players cue stick and I am very pleased with the feel during play. I purchased three pool cues of different weight to swap out my existing pool cues. The third cue I received had a very minor flaw in the wrap. Not worth the hassle of sending back for a replacement, but this flaw should have been caught before being shipped.Good quality. I've played pool for years. Recently getting my brother into the game, & got thus as his first "real cue". It's a perfect beginner's cue!It took a couple tries to get the blue Players C-955 cue I wanted because the first one was so dark it looked black. I returned it and Steve at ProGear helped me out by finding one lighter and actually looks blue. The cue butt is well wrapped with Irish linen which is smooth but not slippery, just right.Works good!Looks nice!Been playing pool a long time and have used quite a few players pool cues and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful ones I have ever held and used well worth the money for someone who is beginning or intermediate playerGreat cue for the money! Attractive and well made. I could have bought a more expensive cue, but the cue can't sink a ball in the pocket for you, no matter how much it costs.The cues tip was quite hard. Vibration in shots with average weight. The tip was 13mm…a little big for me. I returned the cue. It was a good cue, nicely finished and competitively priced but not what I was looking for. Needed to do more research before purchasing…on it now.Tip of the shaft is not good, has some bumps on it. Terrible quality!!!Exactly as described. Not giving 5 stars as I reserve that for items that are beyond expectations.Not what I expected, overall okgreat 1st cue.
